Merits of Strong Acidic Water

• Cleaning and disinfecting … Strong acidic water was approved for disinfecting fod products in June 2002, in accordance with Food Hygiene Law, under the name “hypochlorous acid water”. It is now used for a wide range of applications, including the cleaning and disinfecting of foods and cooking facilities.

1. For cleaning fooda
   When cleaning with strong acidic electrolyzed water, it is important to keep the water running, as the available chlorine will lose effect quite quickly. When disinfecting in a basin, alloweing the water to overflow will ensure contiuous disinfection. Limit use of strong Kangen electrolytic water to a short time.

2. To disinfect utensils, dish cloths, towels and containers
   Use a separate utensil when washing, depending on the particular use or the type of dishes or tableware being cleaned. Rinse and allow to dry thoroughly.

3. Washing your hands before cooking is an important aspect of food sanitation
   Wash your hands carefully, then rinse with running strong acidic electrolyzed water to disinfect.

4. Washing metal objects
   Metal units such as knives which are prone to rust may corrode when washed with strong acidic water. Rinse with tap water or wipe with a cloth to prolong the life of your metal utnesils. For long-term use, protect your sink and drainpipes from corrosion by running tap water at the same time.

5. When praparing strong acidic electrolyzed water, take care to follow the recommended procedure for measuring the concentration of available chlorine. Use a reagent at his time.

   1. Make sure that the unit is working properly.

   2. Clean the unit beforehand under rnning water to remove any dirt, then clean with Strong Kangen Electrolyzed Water for best reults.

   3. Keep the strong acidic electrolyzed water running to clean and disinfect.

   4. Shake the water droplets off and allow to dry.

   5. Store in a sanitary place.

About Strong Acidic Water

Strong acicid water is the electrolytic water with electric potential, which includes the hypochlorous acid generated from the anode side when electrolysys is caused. It is made by adding electrolysys enhancer (salt water) to tap water. It is not a chemical! Generally, when lower than pH 2.7, it has a redoch potential of more then +1.100 mV.
